Scope of Work
The works to be performed include the refurbishment of two existing buildings to provide a larger and more modern crib area for the warehouse team.
Including but not limited to the following:
- Demolition and removal of items being replaced;
- Laying new vinyl flooring;
- Patching and painting walls and ceilings;
- A new kitchen built into an existing building;
- Installation of some doors and windows; and
- Plumbing and electrical.
A more detailed scope of works will be provided at the tender (RFQ) stage.
