The scope will include the design and construction of a permanent driver’s facility at the Mandurah Rail Depot which caters for future growth. The scope will consider, but not be limited to all the points below;

• Design, supply, construct and commission a permanent drivers sign on facility at Mandurah Rail Depot in line with the current concept design (Appendix A) and Principal Project Requirements provided.
• Provide design and installation drawings at appropriate stages for approval by the Project Engineer (PE).
• Provide all Engineering Management for Projects (EM4P) required documentation for approval prior to commencement of the site works.
• Consult with PTA stake holders to fully develop and design the layout, construction method and required finishes for the construction of the project.
• Complete all relevant planning, design, council and related approval applications to ensure the compliant delivery of the project.
• All Safety controls and documents for the safe delivery of the project.
• The works will be carried out in stages to allow the continued use of car parking and existing offices by the PTA. Stages can run concurrently at the approval of the PTA Project Manager.
• Bring infrastructure to modern standards and cater for future development.
• Provide consistent facilities in line with other drivers depots provided on the train network.
• Building to be single storey as per agreed concept design and PRS documentation.
• Existing building to be demolished and removed.
• Entry into Service of the final approved design.
• Completion of all EM4P requirements for Entry into Service and the Public Transport Asset Creation Documentation as part of the Practical Completion Process.
• Provide a detailed project program of works and a monthly project cash flow projection for the duration of the project.
