Kāinga Ora- Homes and Communities is a new Crown agency that brings together the people, capabilities and resources of KiwiBuild, Housing New Zealand, and its development subsidiary HLC.

The Tāmaki Regeneration Company was established by the Government and Auckland Council to facilitate the regeneration of Tāmaki.

Project:
Over the next 20 years, the Tāmaki Regeneration Programme will transform 153 hectares of suburban land to deliver some 10,500 new houses.

The Glen Innes Northwest Neighbourhood is one of seven unique neighbourhoods in Tāmaki.

Services:
This RFP is for a consultant group to undertake the Masterplanning of Glen Innes Northwest Neighbourhood, which will be used as the basis for the Tāmaki Regeneration Programme.

Contract Type:
The contract will be the Kāinga Ora Agreement for Consultant Engagement (CCCS).
