The school has provided a breakdown of the scope of work for this project in consultation with the Ministry of Education, now that Logic Group has been engaged we will further develop the brief but the scope of work is generally as follows::
* Stage one will be to demolish block 4, design 6 teaching spaces (in and around where block 4 currently is situated), build 4 and manage various other works around the school
We are .seeking a supplier to deliver
Lead Design services for a single project
CAD plan required for school once project has been completed
Block 1 (Junior)
1. Construct new outdoor deck
2. Replace windows with double glazing
3. Replace louver windows with new double glazing
4. Install 3 heat pumps
5. Replace florescent light with new LED lighting
Block 2 (Senior)
6. Design for a new 6 classroom block
7. Demolish one teaching space block 4
8. Build 4 new teaching spaces
Administration (5)
9. Electrical upgrade – switchboard
Hall (6)
10. Replace roof
11. Refurbish toilets
12. Replace louver windows with double glazing
Block 8 & 9
13. Replace coal boiler auger and tube
