Scope of Tender
(a) The scope of works for this tender ‘Tsak Valley - Eastern Sector’ shall be divided into three Separable Portions described as follows (the project area for this tender is the Eastern Sector shown as area 1 Eastern Sector on Figure 3 ):
i. Separable Portion I: - HV & LV Main Lines, Procurement of Materials and Construction
The Supply and Construction of 22kV (herein referred to as High Voltage) distribution lines, 415V (herein referred to as 3 phase Low Voltage) overhead bare conductors, Aerial bundled conductors (ABC), and pole mounted transformers. The detailed design of this network is attached to the Tender documents.
ii. Separable Portion II: - LV Distribution Network, Design, Procurement and Construction
The Design, Supply and Construction of a three phase and single-phase LV distribution network. A prefeasibility design for the network is included in the Tender documentation.
iii. Separable Portion III: - EPG Line Modification Works (Procurement of Materials and Construction)
The Supply of materials and Modification of an existing 22kV network as recommended. The network was constructed by the Enga Provincial Government (EPG) two years ago. The scope will also include extensions to the 22kV network as detailed in the design drawings. A design report detailing the proposed rectification works is included in the Tender documentation.
