Tender Description
The NSW Government through the NSW Department of Education (the Department or DoE), is requesting tenders from suppliers for the supply of Office and Education Furniture for NSW government agencies and other eligible buyers under NSW state contracts.
The Department is seeking to establish a panel of suppliers that will enter into a whole-of-government contract under a standing offer arrangement with the Department acting as the contract authority.
The term of the contract will be 2 years with a 2 year extension followed by a 1 year extension. Extensions will be at the discretion of the Department.
The Procurement (Enforceable Procurement Provisions) Direction 2019 [NSW] applies to this RFT.
Respondents are to note that there is no guarantee of minimum spend or volume under any contract that may result from this RFT.
