Expression of Interest - Containers

 West Daly Regional Council are seeking offers/EOI for the following containers (all of varying degrees of condition):

•  6 containers on the storage lot known as lot 793
•  2 containers at lot 349
•  2 containers at 791

Conditions of the EOI are: 

1. A non-refundable payment is to be made within 7 days of issue of an Invoice from WDRC 

2. The connecting roof over three of the containers at 793 and over 2 containers at lot 349 are to be removed by the successful buyer at their own cost.

3. Relocation of the containers is at the buyers own expense and containers are to be removed within 28 days of receipt of payment. 

4. Council reserves the right to offer the containers to the next highest bidder should the containers not be removed within the 28 days.

5. Expressions of interest are to be in writting and sent to: info@westdaly.nt.gov.au 

6. All people who have submitted a bid will be notified in writing of the successful bid.

 7. All offers over $500 per container will be considered.
