Expressions of Interest are invited from registered commercial Building Companies for the new building works to St James' Parish School, 260 Albert Street, Sebastopol.
The works shall comprise demolition of existing redundant student amenities ( and outbuilding) to allow for construction of New Arts Facility (approx.165m2) and refurbishment works (approx.37m2) to provide new student amenities and kitchenette, along with associated site works.
Registrations are limited to two A4 pages and shall be received at the following address prior to 2:00pm on Wednesday 9th September 2020 (from which, a shortlist of Tenderers shall be prepared).
