Yaran Property Group is seeking expressions of interest from small to medium sized builders who have experience in retrofitting existing dwellings which includes changing the placement of walls and rebuilding entire kitchens/ bathrooms. Must be able to meet Disability design standards and ensure dwelling compliance.
