Light Vehicle Replacement 2020/21 - Toyota Camry

⁠⁠⁠PURPOSE: The purpose of the contract is for the trade of 1 x Light Vehicle change over from a Toyota Camry Altise Sedan to a new sedan as per request.

INVITATION: Any person or vendor willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a price to Council by the deadline of 4.00 pm AEDT on Friday, 11th of September 2020.

DOCUMENTS: Supply documents must be obtained after registration

INFORMATION: All enquiries should be directed to Manager Engineering Services via the online forum

INSPECTION: This unit may be inspected by APPOINTMENT ONLY with minimum 24 hours prior notification to Council's Workshop supervisor or Engineering Serivces Manager. Council shall attempt to have the unit available for inspection at Dandaloo Street Chambers.

VENDORS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of price and without limiting the Vendor's obligations, the Vendor shall:
- submit a price which includes all Schedules
- not make a submission without a firm intention to proceed;
- not engage in any form of collusive practice;
- not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.
