Tender Description
The provision of a range of in-home support services, social activities, home maintenance and modifications to older residents within the Council area with the aim of maximising independence and strengthening social connections so they can remain living independently in their own homes. This is achieved by the provision of Services and supports provided from Council’s Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
