Coffey International Development Pty Ltd (Coffey) is the Managing Contractor for the Australia Awards Cambodia Program under Contract to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).

Coffey International Development requires the Provision of Pre-Departure Training as per the details more fully described in this Request for Tender (RFT) documentation in Part B, Scope of Services.

Coffey is seeking tenders from Pre-Departure Training providers, groups of Consultants or an individual consultant. The Service Provider may work in partnership or in a sub-contracting arrangement if they so choose. However, any such arrangements must be detailed in the Proposal. The Contract will be entered into with one provider.

The Tenderer must be a legal entity registered in their country of origin.
