Tender Description
The City of Bunbury is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the Works as defined by the Scope of Works and Design Drawings Appendix D.
This contract is to construct a red asphalt path 3 metres wide with a 200mm wide concrete flush kerb on each side. Where the path is built off the back of the road kerb, the kerb will be instead of the flush kerb. A 4 metre wide road base limestone/crushed concrete pavement at 250mm thick is required.
The existing asphalt and kerbed path on Tuart street will be removed back to a full 3 metre width and the new path will begin at that point. Trees need to be removed along the new alignment as per Appendix D. All the stumps are to be ground below level.
This is a high-profile area. Works are to be completed without delays and the works area is to be kept clean and tidy.
