Cumberland City Council (Principal), in response to RFx059, is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced companies or organisation to lease the café premises (Premises) located inside the Granville Centre building, at 1 Memorial Drive, Granville, NSW, 2142 for a 5 + 5 year term (at the discretion of Council). The Granville Centre building is currently under construction and due to open September 2020.

The Granville Centre will be Council’s largest community centre facility at over 2000m2 across two floors, and is designed to be a vibrant meeting place of community activity supported by the co-location of Council services and programs.

Please provide all information complete and in full to facilitate Council’s full and complete assessment of your organisation’s suitability in relation to this opportunity. Council is committed to a balance between its preferred lease terms, market conditions and the objectives/ideas of the proponents.

All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender briefing / inspection.

Site Inspection will be held on the 7th and 10th September 2020 onsite at 1 Memorial Drive, Granville.

Should the respondent fail to attend, its tender will not be considered.
