UNSW has over 2400 digital points of presence and more than 250 internal and external websites.
UNSW is seeking a partner to assist with the development and management of its digital presence and delivery of its digital experience platform. This will include, but not limited to:
- Facilitating the development of all digital standards along with UNSW;
- Migrating existing websites to the UNSW adobe platform; and
- Development and maintenance of UNSW digital products and services.
In the first half of 2019, a panel of vendors was established to support and augment UNSW's internal team with the technical build work of the Adobe Experience Cloud components of the Digital Experience Platform.
More recently, UNSW identified the need to establish a more effective and cost efficient delivery model, ideally through the appointment of a long-term partner that will assist UNSW with the development and management of its digital presence and delivery of its digital experiences.
The partner will be selected through a Request For Proposal (RFP) process that will be issued in September 2020.
Given the complexity of the organisation and its current digital footprint, only capable and experienced suppliers will be invited to participate in the RFP. This RFC will assist the University in shortlisting a group of suppliers to proceed through to the RFP.
