Council invites tenders for inclusion on the panel for grounds maintenance (Panel). Tenderers will need to demonstrate they have the necessary qualifications, ability and experience to provide the required Works to Council.
Council requires grounds maintenance services for open spaces (parks, reserves, gardens beds, road verge, laneways and drainage channels) located within the Campbelltown LGA to support and maintain quality destinations for the wider community. When requested by quotation the contractor will conduct grounds maintenance services which will include, but is not limited to:
- turf maintenance (mowing, edging, brush cutting)
- site clean-up
- garden maintenance (mulching, pruning, weeding, herbicide spraying)
- rubbish collection and waste removal
- maintenance of main drains and channels
