Grounds Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠Council invites tenders for inclusion on the panel for grounds maintenance (Panel). Tenderers will need to demonstrate they have the necessary qualifications, ability and experience to provide the required Works to Council.

Council requires grounds maintenance services for open spaces (parks, reserves, gardens beds, road verge, laneways and drainage channels) located within the Campbelltown LGA to support and maintain quality destinations for the wider community. When requested by quotation the contractor will conduct grounds maintenance services which will include, but is not limited to:

• turf maintenance (mowing, edging, brush cutting)
• site clean-up
• garden maintenance (mulching, pruning, weeding, herbicide spraying)
• rubbish collection and waste removal
• maintenance of main drains and channels

TENDER BRIEFING
An online briefing will be held on Thursday 3 September 2020 at 1.00pm. Please confirm your intention to attend the online briefing by emailing Council's procurement section tenders@campbelltown.nsw.gov.au. You will then be provided with the details to join the online live event.

Services may be requested from October 2020
Term services may be required Three years with two options for extension of 12 months each
