Media Monitoring Services

⁠⁠⁠The American Embassy Canberra has a requirement for a contractor to provide Media Monitoring Services. You are invited to submit a quotation. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) consists of the following sections:
1. Standard Form SF-18
2. Basic information, statement of work or specifications and technical qualifications.
3. Late quotation rules and evaluation method.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The RFQ does not commit the American Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS/RESPONSES:
This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Electronic offers will be submitted with “19AS2020P0346 Media Monitoring Service" listed in the subject line to the following email address bengurial@state.gov one day prior to the written proposal due date. No electronic proposals will be accepted after this time. Please read the RFQ carefully, and if you are interested, return the completed SF-18 to the address shown in Block 5a. Verbal quotations, or quotations submitted after the due date will not be accepted.
