Trade Vans

⁠⁠⁠Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Five Trade Vans. If you would like to submit a quotation, complete the blocks 17a, 23, 24, 30a and 30b of the attached SF1449 document, and submit it to the address shown on block 16 of the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Electronic offers will be submitted with “(RFQ) PR9369040 Trade Vans " listed in the subject line to the following email address Costank@state.gov one day prior to the written proposal due date. No electronic proposals will be accepted after this time.
