Sole Professional Squad Coaching Rights during Peak Times at the Ryde Aquatic Leisure

⁠⁠⁠ABOUT THE TENDER: The Council of the City of Ryde is seeking submissions from suitably qualified, experienced and reputable organisations to provide coaching services to squad swimmers on an exclusive basis during the peak times specified in this tender document. Other organisations may be provided access to the venue during other times at the Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre.

The Contract will initially be for a five (5) year period (subject to ongoing satisfactory performance) with a further five (5) year extension at Council's sole discretion. The Contract will be reviewed annually during the Contract term and Council will liaise with the successful tenderer in relation to key performance indicators which will be considered as part of that review.

SUBMISSION: Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred) using the attached word version of the Schedule. Respondents, will receive a successful submission, receipt timed and dated upon completion. Furthermore, hard copy submission can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the Tender title, number and closing details. If submitting a tender via hard copy, the tender box is located in the foyer of Council's North Ryde Office.
