Tender Description
At various stages of the project, G&S will require team members to be accommodated for short periods of time (anywhere from 1-7 nights at a time). The team members will be corporate, senior management, supervision or staff roles.
G&S aim to secure two (2) preferred accommodation suppliers for the area. G&S aim to build a relationship with the provider(s) to allow opportunity for other divisions of G&S to be accommodated at various times as well.
G&S require a fixed AUD rate per night, regardless of the duration of the stay or time of the year. It is expected your rate will average the peak and low seasons.
The rate will be shared with Flight Centre Management, to be loaded into their GDS/Serko system and available for all travel bookers to select.
