This ROI relates to the procurement of a suitably experienced construction contractor for the Kinloch WWTP MBR Upgrade Project. The details of the project are set out in the Preliminary Design Report included with the ROI documents. This is a medium sized, complex,
multidisciplinary construction contract requiring detailed and diligent management of a range of suppliers and several trades working on the site concurrently while the facility remains operational.
