Central Coast Council is seeking Tenders for the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced Design and Construct Contractor for the Refurbishment of the Peninsula Leisure Centre Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning, Hot Water, and Pool Heating Systems ('Proposed Contract').
The existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), hot water, and pool heating systems have reached the end of their economic lives and require replacement. Central Coast Council is tendering the replacement as a 'Design and Construct' contract, to allow industry to make full use of current technologies and practices to create and install new systems that minimise energy use requirements.
MANDATORY Pre-Tender Meeting
Attendance at the mandatory pre-tender meeting is a prerequisite condition to the submission of a Tender for the Contract. A tender submitted by a Tenderer who has not attended the pre-tender meeting will not be considered
