Tender Description

This Request for Information (RFI) is seeking general information that will assist the Reserve Bank (“RBNZ”) in further defining its requirements for procurement of an IT Service Management solution.

RBNZ is looking to introduce a Service Management solution, principally within its IT (Digital Services) team, but that will also be adopted by other business units for non-IT purposes (e.g. payments, property, finance).

RBNZ is seeking information from suppliers on tools available in the market place today which can enable the IT Service Management function and which can support all bank’s staff with logging, resolving and reporting on a variety of service requests, including events, problems, incidents, asset management, etc.

Responses to this RFI will be reviewed against the RBNZ’s requirements to determine the range of possible solutions, technologies and goods or services available, possible cost of these, and obtaining more information on, or a better understanding of, the suppliers in the market.

We are seeking your input to understand existing services and systems, to help inform our anticipated approach to the market.
