Tender Description
The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is seeking competitive offers to deliver innovative business solutions for the provision of sales and marketing services for Personalised Plates Queensland (PPQ).
Along with the sales and marketing functions, the Provider will be responsible for product management, website and PPQ Technical Solution development and maintenance, and provision of customer service.
The objectives of the Invitation to Offer (ITO) process include, but are not limited to, securing a Provider that will:
- Undertake sales and marketing of personalised plates in a manner that fosters the brand reputation of the PPQ Business.
- Succeed in the execution of effective and innovative marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions which drive product awareness while seeking to protect government reputation.
- Maximise the profit returned to the Principal with an emphasis on maximising the rate of return from sales.
- Support a strategic partnership with the Principal and work collaboratively to develop business plans and annual budgets.
- Support the creation and sustainability of Queensland jobs through the delivery of PPQ Business services.
