The commercial tenancies are in the north-western portion of the site fronting First Avenue and Smith Street.

The property comprises up to three tenancies with a total space of 633m2.

The multi deck car park is scheduled for completion in December 2020, with Lessee/s able to commence fit out in the final quarter of 2020, and commence operations/trading upon completion of construction.
