Tender Description
Derwent Valley Council provides and maintains an extensive network of civil infrastructure over an area of 4,111km². Situated west of Hobart, the primary service centre of the Municipality is New Norfolk.
Work components include pavement repairs, re-seal, line marking and drainage works on Lachlan Road and the application of an asphalt overlay on the Humphrey Street/George Street intersection.
Derwent Valley Council has a commitment to providing and managing a 'high' quality network of assets, enhancing local industries, and sustainably managing assets which support its service offerings to continue to improve and enhance its civil infrastructure.
A key part of decision making will be Derwent Valley Council's understanding of Contractors 'in-house' competency for the particular work, and the ability to deliver outcomes as committed.
This Tender is for the supply and delivery of the services as detailed in the document, 2020-006 Intersection & Reseal Program Scope & Specification.
The Contract term will be confirmed at contract execution with the successful tenderer, but it is intended all works to be completed by 31 March 2021
