The Western Australian State Government’s Department of Finance (DoF) is the owner of 151 Royal St East Perth. JLL, on behalf of our client, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced contractor to carry out the works for the removal of underground storage tanks, installation of an above ground tank & associated works as outlined by GHD consulting engineers.
