Tender Description
This Contract is for the supply of all plant, labour and materials necessary for the installation of 647 metres of DN300 uPVC SN8 pipe on Duke Street between Queens Drive and Grey Street. This is to renew the existing reinforced concrete rubber ring jointed main including all associated fittings, fixtures, connections and structures.
The tender document has been written based on the utilisation of an open trenched methodology to install the proposed foul sewer main on the existing alignment. Due to the deterioration of the existing main relining options are not deemed appropriate for this project and will not be assessed, however alternate methodologies other than relining will be considered.
