Tender Description
The City of Cockburn (The Principal) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide the Principal's in situ concreting requirements. The services include, but are not limited to, footpaths, shared use paths, driveways/crossovers, concrete pads/footings (for bus shelters, barbecues, shade shelters sheds etc) at locations throughout the City of Cockburn.
The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of award of the Contract, with Principal instigated options to extend the Contract period by an additional one (1) year period and for up to twelve (12) months after that to a maximum of five (5) years.
It is the Principal's expectation that the Contract is expected to commence in September 2020.
