Security Control and Patrol Contract 2020 - 2025

⁠⁠⁠This contract is for the security control of Council's Buildings and other Community properties all within the South Waikato District, including provision of security patrols of Council buildings and properties.

The work involves the lockdowns, night patrols and inspection checks of the South Waikato District Councils buildings and facilities, including a number of community properties throughout the South Waikato District. The work involves the inspection of each of the listed facilities as per the required schedule of visits and the reporting of, to the Council any break-ins or damage and the attendance at any alarm notifications at these properties.

There may also be as part of this contract the requirement to provide security staff for Council events or functions, this work would be as an extra to the contract and therefore charged as a 'Dayworks' activity.
