TBST RR 1921-1 STL Bulk Sugar Terminal Roof Replacement Works - Townsville
Ranbury acting as Project Manager for Sugar Terminals Limited (STL) and Queensland Sugar Limited (QSL), is calling for EOIs from suitably qualified and resourced principal contractors with a proven track record in relevant construction projects for QSL’s Roof Replacement works for the No. 1 and 2 Sugar Storage Shed at STL’s Townsville Bulk Sugar Terminal.
The works include but are not limited to:
• Removal of the existing Galbestos roof cladding and replacement with aluminium cladding
•Removal of existing and replacement of roof walkways
•Roof, truss, and end wall structural steel strengthening.
•Demolition of redundant conveyor structures
Each Shed is approximately 303m long, 47m wide, with a 35 degree roof pitch rising to an apex height of up to 27m.
