Netball Court Design and Construction

PURPOSE: Design and Construct an additional two netball courts with an asphalt base at Apex Park Narromine

INVITATION: Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a quotation to the Council by the deadline, 4:00 pm on 28 August 2020.

DOCUMENTS: Quotation documents must be obtained after registration.

PRE-QUOTATION MEETING: A mandatory pre-quotation meeting will not be held.

QUOTERS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the quotation and without limiting the Quoter's obligations, the Quoter shall:
- submit a quotation which includes all Schedules including the Quoter's Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the quotation complete;
- not submit a quotation without a firm intention to proceed;
- not engage in any form of collusive practice;
- not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can be lodged via the electronic quotation box (preferred) (refer to Part 4 Conditions of Quotation) using the attached word version of the Schedule.
All completed submissions lodged in the Electronic Quotation Box MUST be in PDF FORMAT and submitted as ONE (1) complete document unless otherwise specified in the Quotation document. Quotations that do not follow this requirement will be regarded as non-conforming Quotations AND MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon successful submission
