Northern Beaches Council Christmas Infrastructure - Christmas 2020

⁠⁠⁠Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites quotes for the provision, installation and dismantle of Christmas tree and decorative elements for Northern Beaches Christmas 2020.
Each year, Council celebrates Christmas with the installation of tree and decorative installations in certain locations throughout the Northern Beaches Local Government Area (LGA). In previous years, Christmas decorations have been installed at various locations throughout the LGA.
Council anticipates for Christmas 2020 to continue with the areas decorated in the 2019 festive season with the addition of an extra 5 areas, and the successful respondent is to deliver a cohesive display of Christmas tree and decorative elements. Decorations should reflect the individual town and village centre's identity, whilst further, taking into account Council's adopted branding, colour palette, logo guidelines, font and illustration elements.

SERVICE REQUIRED
The scope of the services includes the supply, installation, maintenance and removal of all Christmas decorations in nominated town and village centres across the Northern Beaches Local Government Area for Christmas 2020.
The Contract term will be for the lead up to the 2020 Christmas period (Installation to commence from Monday 2 November 2020 commencing with Manly CBD) and the removal phase in early 2021 (all decorations are to be removed by 6 January 2021).

Full scope of decorative elements and/or trees to be included and approved by Council prior to installation that should be reflective of the individual centres identity.
Installation/dismantling methodology;
Delivery/installation and removal timeline;
Any items infrastructure or otherwise the bidder chooses to include as added value.
