Tender Description
The City of Melville is seeking a suitably experienced and equipped Contractor to collect and recycle these items listed below from the verge during the September 2020 Bulk & Whitegoods Collection commencing Monday, 7 September 2020 and concluding approximately Friday, 11 December 2020:
- Mattresses
- Fridges and whitegoods
- E-Waste
All remaining verge waste will be collected by City fleet.
It will be a requirement that all three types of materials be collected on the same collection day and in front of the City's verge waste collection fleet. The City can assist with providing a starting location for their fleet and a map for each day.
For additional items not included in the Pricing Schedule but that fall within the general scope of this Contract and are requested by the City, the Contractor shall provide a written quote to the City for approval. If the City is not satisfied with the quote received, the City reserves the right to request a revision to the quote or engage a contractor outside of this Contract or the City will organise the collection of the additional items.
