Tender Description

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the amenities building upgrade at Graf Park, Yagoona.

There will be three separable portions for this project being:

  • SP1 Demolition & Service Relocation;
  • SP2 Design and Construction of New Amenities Building;
  • SP3 Existing Storage Room Works.
