Tender Description
Hall extension by 6x9m. Stage to be extended along width of room. New room alongside stage to be used for backstage access and storage. Storage space underneath stage required.
The works also includes some services; mainly providing the new extension with new wiring and replacing/relocating old heat pump
The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract. No Contract related tags will be considered. The Principal prefers there to be no drawings and specification related Tags.
