Tender Description
The Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is implementing a new SAP payroll solution comprising SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos Workforce Dimensions modules. Phase one of the payroll solution is scheduled to go live in November 2020. We are seeking to purchase post-go-live support services for the payroll solution for areas where:
- MBIE does not yet have the capacity and/or capability to fulfil its support needs but intends to build toward internal coverage in the future, and
- MBIE does not intend to build inhouse capacity or capability to fulfil its support needs.

We have approximately 5000 employees, including full time, part time, casual, rostered, permanent, fixed term and contracted personnel. We are located in numerous offices around New Zealand and off-shore, with our main office in Wellington.
