Tender Description
Port Stephens Council (Council) requires the provision of external plant, equipment and haulage services to supplement its own capabilities.
Council will form a panel of service providers that satisfy the requirements of this specification and the contract documents, and are offering to supply any of the items specified within the nominated categories. Please refer to the detailed specification document.
The hire rates provided by service providers shall remain fixed for the twenty-four (24) month contract period, with the option for Council to extend for a further two (2) options of twelve (12) months.
All rates will remain fixed for the initial twenty-four (24) month contract period. An opportunity to review and resubmit rates will be offered to service providers at each contract extension period.
