Chevron Australia is seeking expressions of interest from capable Logistics Service Providers (LSP) with a demonstrated capability in providing Supply Base Materials and Logistics services currently based at the Perth Distribution Centre (Hazelmere) in support of Company operations in Western Australia for the scope identified below.

The requirement for the Services at the Perth Distribution Centre (PDC) will include but not be limited to:
• Novation, management & maintenance of the current PDC lease located at 42 Ulm Place, Hazelmere
• Scheduling and execution of logistics services such as;
 Local pick up, delivery, and coordination services within the Perth Metro area
 Local delivery and pick-up to Perth Airport air freight providers.
 Packing and consolidation of assets for multi-modal transport, including manifesting and stowage.
 Destuffing incoming imported goods for remediation and consolidation in accordance with Chevron Quarantine Management System (QMS) for Barrow Island.
 Destuffing consolidated reverse freight from Operating sites for storage or issue to vendors and shelf.
 Receipt, Quality Assurance /Quality Control , store, preserve, stock take, pick, pack, issue, consign and dispatch all materials and equipment required to support Chevron inventory and work order materials
 Logistical management of the Rotable and Repairs process.
 Provide afterhours support to operations as and when required.

• Ability to scale up and down to support maintenance, drilling, or other campaigns.
• Provision of own technology (software, hardware and integration services) to support the services scheduled and executed, this could include;
 Development of application programming interface (API) to link LSP application(s) into the Company Logistics Ecosystem to support network visibility and efficiency drives
 Handheld scanners to automate own activities
 Longer term intent to replace use of company Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and supporting barcode technology with LSP own.

• Preparation, treatment and inspection of assets to meet minimum expectations of Chevron Quarantine Management System (QMS) where applicable.
• Provision of various 3rd party services to support daily operations.
• Actively supporting Company commitment to achieving local content objectives.
• Demonstrated organisational alignment and commitment to Company Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) objectives.

Service Providers shall provide:
• Company profile
• Company experience in providing similar services
• Proposed method of work for meeting the specified scope items above
• Proposed organizational structure
• Proposed commercial models for consideration.

Key dates:
The Request For Proposal is expected to be issued to shortlisted service providers
during Q1 2021, with a forecast Service commencement Q1 2022.
