Tender Description

The refurbishment and overhaul of the Waste Heat Boiler (WHB) requires the complete replacement or partial replacement / major repair of sixteen (16) Panels (i.e. tube-bundle + outer membrane), and one (1) Plate (only).

The Grade of Tube Material is ASTM A192, with Inconel 625 Cladding of eleven (11) of the 17-off Panels/Plate.
Approx. Panels/Plate size is ~5m X 2m.

The Scope of Supply includes:

  • - production of Fabrication Drawings (including Transport Frames)
  • - supply of all Items
  • - Inspection and Testing
  • - Quality
  • - Goods and Packaging.
