Tender Description
Council is seeking quotations for qualified commercial entities to assist Council inundertaking a one-year back file scanning program to determine the feasibility of converting its full collection of hardcopy records to electronic files. If the results of the year one program prove successful then a multi-year program may be established to convert the full collection. This RFQ and associated contract encompass year one (1) of the program only.
