Quarry Development Assessment - Bakers

⁠⁠⁠PURPOSE: For the supply of services to undertake the Development Assessment of Bakers Quarry, Tantitha Road Narromine NSW 2821.

INVITATION: Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a quote to Council by the deadline of 5.00 pm AEST on 12th August 2020.

DOCUMENTS: Quotation documents must be obtained after registration.

PRE-SUBMISSION MEETING TO BE HELD: A presubmission meeting will not be held.

VENDORS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the quote and without limiting the vendor's obligations, the vendor shall:
- submit a quote which includes all Schedules including the vendor's Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the quote complete;
- not submit a quote without a firm intention to proceed;
- not engage in any form of collusive practice;
- not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time
