Tender Description
This tender is for Contract 2019-2020-0395, Replacement of Box Culvert, Mangoola Road (CH3875 from Golden HWY), Mangoola.
This is a Lump Sum contract. The quantities provided in the bill of quantities are estimated quantities only. Tenderers are advised to insert the accurate quantities of items, to complete works as per the drawings and specifications, provide rates and extend to show the amounts. Total of the extended items will provide the lump sum tender price
It includes but not limit to the following items of construction which shall be carried out in their entirety in strict accordance with and to the true intent and purpose of Conditions of Contract, the Technical Specification and the Construction drawings all under the supervision of the superintendent.
It is the Tenderer's responsibility to ensure they submit tenders before the required closing time and date for tenders. Failure to meet these submission requirements may render the submission invalid.
The two(2) envelope tendering system is used for the submission of this tender, where price and non-price items are submitted in separate envelopes (hard copy submission) and two separate files (electronic submission) and assessed separately.
