The Crown land is situated on Coopers Gully Road, being Lot 4 DP 248385, Lot 1 DP 248388, Lot 235 DP 750197, Lot 7002 DP 1056606, with an approximate area of 30.11ha, in the Parish Brogo, County Auckland.
