Tender Description
The Carseldine Civil Construction Contract - Stage 2 is required to provide serviced residential land for the Customer to sell to the selected builders who will commence construction of the approved accommodation planned for Stage 2 at Carseldine Village.
The Customer’s purpose is to:
- Deliver serviced residential land to the market;
- Provide affordable housing options for the community;
- Create an inspired community that has access to all the amenities planned in the development.
