Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education North Metropolitan Region is seeking tenders from registered builders with recent experience in school projects to undertake Roof Replacement and associated works in accordance with the tender documents provided for Hampton Senior High School.      

The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
