Tender Description
The purpose of this quotation is to engage a suitably qualified contractor for the reconstruction of a drainage overland flow path at Richard Road Rutherford. Works will consist of industrial concrete driveway construction with kerbs/concrete hobs each side, which will act as an overland flow path.
INVITATION: Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a quotation to the Council by the deadline, 2:00 pm Friday 14/08/2020.

RESPONDENTS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the quotation and without limiting the respondents obligations, the respondent shall:
- submit a quotation which includes all Schedules including the Respondent's Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the quotation complete;
- not submit a quotation without the firm intent to proceed;
- not engage in any for of collusive practice;
- not directly or indirectly canvass he support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.
