Tender Description
The tender includes two (2) separable packages:Package 1: The New England Highway section of work is 170km long from Kyle St, Rutherford to Wine Country Drive roundabout, and from Standen Drive, Lower Belford to 1.2km south of Merriwa Road Willow Tree.
Package 2: The Putty Road section of work is 68km long from Parsons Creek Bridge to Kangaroo Waterholes (culvert).
The Scope of works include mowing on flat areas, batter slopes, on and off ramps, brush cutting of guardrail, signs, culverts and structures, removal of clippings from lined drains and Traffic Control.
A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at 9.00am on Thursday 30 July 2020 at Transport for NSW Regional Maintenance, Singleton Depot, 51 Maison Dieu Road. Attendance to this pre-tender meeting is mandatory in order to submit a conforming tender. Following pre-tender meeting, an optional Site visit is arranged.
Tenderers must confirm their attendance for the pre-tender meeting by Tuesday 28 July 2020 by emailing Katie.Caldwell@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating ‘Pre-Tender Meeting Attendance Confirmation – 20.0000302252.1281 New England Highway and Putty Road Ground Vegetation Control’.
All applicants must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
