Alternate Accommodation for Civic Centre

⁠⁠⁠The objective of the EOI process is to identify a suitable and cost-effective accommodation solution to allow City of Darwin to continue operating its core business functions with minimal disruption.

As part of City of Darwin's commitment to the Darwin City Deal it has resolved to refurbish its Civic Centre precinct at Harry Chan Avenue in 2020.

Consequently, City of Darwin will be relocating all its staff and functions to alternate temporary accommodation in Darwin CBD for a period of up to two years.

City of Darwin seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified parties (Registrants) for the provision of office accommodation with a Property Council of Australia (PCA) Grading of B or higher.

A lease term of up to two years with options to extend will be negotiated with the successful proponent. Contracts Section
