Tender Description
Tenders are hereby invited for the construction of Site Power and Lighting at the Morven Rail Hub.
The projects consist of the construction of electrical infrastructure required to power the Morven Rail Hub’s various structures and utilities and site lighting. Works include but are not limited to, placement of in-ground electrical conduits, switch boards and supply and erection of towers to support flood lights.
Tenders will be awarded based on an analysis of weighted selection criteria. Notwithstanding such analysis, Council reserves the right to select the submission or submissions that in view of all the circumstances appear to be the most advantageous.
It is expected the contracts will be awarded late August. Contract periods will be six (6) weeks for the site power and lighting works unless otherwise agreed at tender stage. Offers shall state proposed contract period if different to the above.
